Another important technological development has taken place at GYGV Kanizsa Kft.: our new Bodor C3 CE 6 kW MAX CNC laser cutting machine has been installed and put into operation. The new machine represents a significant step forward in sheet metal processing, providing high precision, fast cutting speed and excellent edge quality.
The machine has a working area of 3048 × 1524 mm, operates with a 6000 W MaxPhotonics laser source, and its maximum positioning speed reaches 120 m/min. Thanks to its high repeatability and positioning accuracy, even more complex parts can be manufactured reliably and with reproducible quality.
One of the main advantages of the new laser cutting machine is that it works with lower heat input compared to traditional cutting technologies. As a result, material deformation is reduced, and in many cases post-processing can be minimized. The precise cutting edges are especially beneficial for subsequent production steps such as bending, welding or assembly.
The Bodor C3 CE supports safe, fast and efficient operation with a fully enclosed cabin, an effective extraction and filtration system, automatic beam focusing, collision protection and the modern Bodor Thinker 3.0 control software.
With the installation of the new machine, our production capacity and flexibility have been further strengthened. By combining laser cutting, bending, welding and surface treatment in-house, we are able to manufacture even more complex stainless steel parts and structures in high quality and with shorter lead times.
The aim of this development is to offer our partners more precise, faster and more cost-effective solutions for the production of custom-made and serially manufactured industrial components.
